I’ve Signed With Vinci Books!

I’ve been sitting on this for a little while, and I’m finally able to share it: just before the end of 2025, I signed with Vinci Books!

Starting later this month, Vinci Books will be distributing the Woodhead & Becker Mysteries—and later in 2026, they’ll release Book 5, The Sweathouse Murder.

Vinci Books is a UK-based publisher that’s genuinely supportive of indie authors, and what sold me wasn’t just the logistics—it was the fit. They publish the kind of crime fiction I love to read, and the kind of company I’m proud to keep.

A few Vinci authors you might recognize (and ones I’ve recommended before):

· A.G. Barnett: If you’ve been following my newsletter for a while, you’ve heard me talk up his Brock & Poole police procedurals. He’s also written the Mary Blake Mysteries (TV detective turned real detective), the 1920s-set Bingham & Gladstone novellas, and more.

· Ian W. Sainsbury: Winner of the Kindle Storyteller Award and best known for the Jimmy Blue Revenge Thrillers. (He reviewed Fenway Book 6, The Watchful Coroner, a few years back!)

· Tom Fowler: I’ve recommended his C.T. Ferguson Detective books before—and his John Tyler thriller series is already nine books strong.

What does this mean going forward? I’ll still be writing, publishing, and distributing the Fenway Stevenson Mysteries and the Time Loop Detective series myself. But Vinci Books will handle the publishing and marketing for Woodhead & Becker—all four books now, and soon to be five.

I’m excited (and honestly, a little stunned in the best way). Thank you for reading, recommending, and sticking with these characters—your support is a big part of why opportunities like this happen.

More updates soon… and I can’t wait for what 2026 brings!
